B.Sc. in International Hotel Management

A "Bachelor of Science” degree is awarded after the three years of the first programme. This programme focuses on academic disciplines and understanding hotel operations and all related facilities.

The programme provides a combination of full operational and technical courses as well as sound business management education to increase the students’ chances of job success. Business studies in general management and economics complete these career-oriented courses.

Upon completion of this programme, successful students may either seek immediate employment or pursue their studies further.

Masters Degree in International Hotel Management

A Masters Degree is awarded after the two years study of the second programme. It is a customized programme which provides advanced specialisation in the following fields: Marketing and Sales Management – Room-Division Management - Food and Beverage Management - Human Resources Management - Accounting and Financial Management.

This specific programme was developed to meet and anticipate the increasing demands made by students who wish to undertake an executive career in this industry. It is also a prerequisite for those who intend to go on to do a Masters in Business Administration Degree.

BBA is a business school which prepares people to join the international hospitality industry. Recognizing the importance of communication with clients from many parts of the world, BBA places a strong emphasis on language skills within the programmes offered.

English is the undisputed “Lingua Franca” of the world. It is the means of communication within and between international corporations, and it is the language of choice in most publications devoted to the sciences of management and business administration. That is why our students must be fluent in reading and speaking English - it is our primary language of instruction. Some “seminars” may be given in French.
